Jade Jang-Ock Lee (B.Bus, JD, GDLP),


Jade was admitted as a Solicitor and Barrister in the Supreme Court of SA in 2018 and is experienced in immigration law. She is a member of the Law Society of NSW.

Jade graduated from Bond University with a Juris Doctor and the University of Adelaide with a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. With a strong passion for immigration law, she also completed a Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law at the Australian National University. Prior to her Australian qualifications, Jade completed a Bachelor of Business Administration at SungKyunKwan University in Korea.

Before joining Harbourside Legal Services Group (‘HLSG’), Jade practiced immigration law at boutique law firms in Sydney. She has assisted her clients in a variety of complex immigration matters, including preparing and reviewing various visa applications, handling visa refusal and cancellations, and preparing submissions for complex issues with PIC 4020, Schedule 3, Character, and Genuine entry requirements. Jade is also passionate about property law and conveyancing and works closely with other senior members of the team on a variety of commercial, leasing, and conveyancing matters.

Being fluent in both English and her native language Korean, Jade is able to assist and represent a variety of clients, in a wide range of legal matters.
